Midhurst & Petworth
The Club have had a busy year raising funds in various ways. Providing food for 200 at the Bierfest organised as a joint venture with the Rotary Club and Lions Club of Midhurst and Petworth in August. All proceeds went to the Stroke Association.
In November they held a Fashion Show of the 20th Century with dresses and accessories from the 1920s. With personal donations a cheque has now gone
to ShelterBox for 2 boxes which will be dispatched to Haiti.
The ladies also assisted Rotary in a street collection for ShelterBoxes to go
to Haiti and an amazing £3000 was raised.
At Christmas 10 shoe boxes full of goodies were
packed and sent to orphans.
